Terms and Conditions of warranty for ATA Motors

• This warranty is only available in Australia and applies only when
  (a) The products are purchased and installed by a representative from Entry Solutions (b) The preventative servicing is maintained – as described under Warranty conditions
• Entry Solutions will replace the motor covered by this warranty which fails to operate in accordance with its installation and operation manual for a period of up to 7 years as per table below.
• This warranty applies to the original purchaser and may not be transferred
  

Warranty conditions

1. The door and motor must be serviced by a representative from Entry Solutions within 12 months from installation or 3,000 cycles, whichever occurs first.
2. The door and motor must be serviced every 2 years thereafter

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty excludes defects or improper operation resulting from:
(a) Higher than normal frequency of use which may lead to excessive wear and tear.
(b) Accidental, deliberate, or negligent damage or damage caused by insects, dirt, plants or other objects
(c) Blown fuse, electrical surges, power surges or power spikes or faulty or unsuitable electrical wiring of structures to which the product is affixed.
(d) Maximum continuous operating time exceeding 1 minute in 10 minutes.
(e) The manual operating (opening and closing) force of the door by hand exceeding 20kg
(f) Door weight exceeding the recommended weight listed in the table below
(g) The door used with the motor not being in a safe working order and condition
(h) Events or acts beyond the reasonable control of ATA including theft, fire, flood, rain, water, lightning, storms or any other act of God
(i) Salt or other corrosion due to environmental conditions
(j) Any installation, configuration or use of the product contrary to the instructions supplied with the product
(k) The warranty periods stated in the table will not be extended for products or parts repaired or replaced during the relevant warranty period.
